Well,Not USD but a comparison to USD.He was talking about Mi Pad 7.9 that was release in India for near around $200(~Rs. 12000).In US it might be even more since China is a neighbour of India so trading would be cheaper and easy.

No memory card slot,hence donot purchase.In india card slot nd otg mhl are must to be included in india version mobile phones.

And imagine, android L with much much better power saving efficiency will take this phone throughout the day

And i own a Xiaomi Mi4 which works even more efficiently than a galaxy S5 in every aspects.
