I brought Mi Pad 2 last week . I am disappointment.I cant slide to unlock or press power button to wake up the screen after screen lock.black screen always.......garbxxe.......

The Atom X5 Z8500 Gen8 GPU is around 25% weaker than the first Mi Pad model, so this move is interesting to say the least that Xiaomi has downgraded performance in order to gain Windows support for the tablet. The build uses the same 2048 x 1536 Retina screen, but this time, the rear housing is metal instead of plastic and 1mm slimmer.

I brought Mi Pad 2 last month. I am disappointment while using. Often it gets hang. Not able to use Facebook app. It is not user friendly like samsung and iPad.

1299 rmb is decent pricing for windows 10 tablet, considering 64gb space and z8500 (not z8300, so this better be dual-channel)
but then 2gb ram? no fingerprint sensor? no card slot?
all this is a big no-no for future buyers.

The lack of sd card slot is pretty bad for a tablet. I use my venue 8 pro's for taking the videos off my go pro's mSD car when traveling. While i can do it without the card slot, its a bit more of a pain to do so.

Installing W... moreHey but think about it, if you need more room for your apps or your programs on your windows installation you just connect an external drive in the usb port type C that comes with the tablet the speeds with usb C ports are amazing, I dont know but I will go for one of this tablets >D

Only 64gb and no SD card slot? Not worth it. Installing Windows and Android will severely decrease the amount of available storage and limit the usefulness of this tablet.

think twice about ordering from gearbest, i ordered the mi pad 2 tablet as a pre-sale, with the promise that it would be shipped 5-10 days following the end of the pre sale (which ended on the 20 December 2015), still waiting for my tablet, gearbest keep on telling me that it is on back order and will have to wait another 10-15 days, in the meantime they are still taking orders as a pre-sales on the premise that they will dispatch as soon as the pre-sale ends - i can only think of one word - deception. they offer a refund - but hears the catch - its a refund into their wallet not back into your bank account.
