Anonymous, 15 Aug 2018WHY do they even waste their time building such 'low spec' ... morewhat are you talking about calling it garbage ? this is the best affordable tablet for it's price, with snapdragon 660 and full hd screen and camera is even better than apple ipad 2018 9.7 inch , so you are saying 660 is yesterday's and old, and it's low spec okay fine so you want a tablet with amoled screen, gorilla glass 5, snapdragon 845, 20mp camera and every flagship specs and then what maybe you will say its good but after they increase the price double or triple who will buy it, would you buy it ?? after the price goes insane, you don't even have any idea what you are talking about, comparing the price and specs with other tablets this is a great great deal thanks to xiaomi,.... i think you are from Samsung or something trying to make xiaomi look bad because what you are saying is absolutely absurd and stupid

Just out of curiosity, I know that the Mi Pad 4 (without the Plus) doesn't have the necessary DRM features to enable things like Netflix in HD. Does anybody know if the Mi Pad 4 Plus has DRM enabled? Maybe the international version will have that fixed?

Why Xiaomi stops providing sd card slot after mi pad 1 is beyond me. This device is perfect if you can ignore lack of sd card.

HKLIEW , 14 Aug 2018No card slot I will not buy. There should be a card slot. Either this is a mistake by GSMARENA or they are doing it on purpose to destroy xiaomi's sales. Why am saying so is because in the mi pad 4 specs. Sheet they still listed it with no memory card where as that is false. So i don't know why they are doing that. Also the Mi pad 4 plus may come with a pen or may support it because on they announced article yesterday one of the pictures had a pen close to it. From the specs of Mi pad 4 and Mi pad 4 plus i think xiaomi have really done so well in giving people an sd 660 device at a very cheap rate compared to what other companies are selling theirs (samsung is even using a SD 4xx in its new Tab A 10.5 and its more costly) and (look at the price of nokia 7 plus, samsung galaxy A9/A8 star, I think the Blackberry key 2, but look at xiaomi Mi A2). In the next two years xiaomi will capture more market than people are actually expecting. I wish them the best. Mind you this is from a samsung and a nokia fan/user.

WHY do they even waste their time building such 'low spec' garbage? Who wants to buy "yesterday's" hardware? If you can't build something NEW and better and smarter and faster, just stay out of the market and do something useful.
