Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 gets FCC certification, 22.5W charging and MIUI 12.5 confirmed
Plenty of recent evidence points to a new Xiaomi tablet in the works and now an FCC listing has yet again confirmed its existence.
The new info about a Xiaomi tablet with the 21051182G model number brings a few more spec details including MIUI 12.5 on the software side, 22.5W charging speeds and dual-band Wi-Fi capabilities.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 FCC certification
Last week we saw an MIIT certification for the alleged Mi Pad 5 Pro which confirmed 5G connectivity and a Snapdragon 870 chipset at the helm. This version should come with an 11-inch LCD with 120Hz refresh rate and 2,560 x 1,600-pixel resolution. The screen is also expected to support 4,096 levels of pressure which would come in handy for the Xiaomi stylus expected to drop alongside the Mi Pad.

The vanilla Mi Pad 5 is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 chipset and was spotted with a 8,250 mAh battery capacity. We’ve also seen a keyboard case accessory leak in a CNIPA listing. The new Mi Pads are expected to arrive later this month.

I don't think this will be cheap. Likely a premium tablet with higher cost.
