this tablet is still not available, I can only find the pad 5 128gb version.
What is the world is wrong with xiaomi, a tablet with no expandable storage is only available with the minimum amount of internal memory and the pro version is truly non existent.
To me Samsung has much more better options and always readily available, the a8 2021, a7 2021 are around the corner and new tab s8 series tablets too.

More than 2 months since launch, 5G version remains practically impossible to get in China. Xiaomi Flagship stores never have it in stock. In the online store, they have theses flash sales once or twice a week. You register, wait for the countdown and the moment it hits 0, 5G version is immediately unavailable. Getting quite frustrated with Xiaomi, to be honest...

Always thought it was perculiar when a matepad pro 10.8 with 6gb ram had about 4.5gb in usage when at idle. Terrible refinement, and not to mention how woeful the experience is without Google.

I've actually used both tablets and the Lenovo product is considerably more refined at the OS implementation level and in the hardware components used. No doubt that Xiaomi has a strong fan base looking for a cheap option that is "just as good / almost as good" so long as you don't drill too deep into why they are the cheap option. You should really spend some time in the Xiaomi forums to see what actual users are experiencing since you are not one of them.

Stay away and don't waste your money on that poor quality garbage. Go for Samsung or Xiaomi instead. If you plan on keeping a tablet for long go with Apple or Samsung as replacement parts would be easy to get.

Samsung Galaxy tab S7 is better... moreUnfortunately how can you say that when there is faster charging on this device 67 Watts yes a little bit smaller battery at 8700 but I think the fast charging does make up for that and this tablet has 5G sub 6 which is T-Mobile supported 5G the Galaxy tab S7 series does not from what I read which is kind of disgusting basically Samsung is favoritism AT&t and Verizon and this tablet has more speakers over the S7 tab series and has honestly a faster processor from what I researched it is a bit faster than the 888 Snapdragon processor in performance productivity and value yes it doesn't have all the amazing features of the Samsung tablet but I like both of them I just don't think the price is justified for the S7 Plus or the S7 when it comes to missing Bluetooth features and a bunch of other stuff even a newer processor the 870 is newer than the 865 Plus
