    Why did they keep base storage at 128gb for this price when poco pad or redmi pad pro satrt at 256gb for less price.

          Even with vanilla SD 7 Gen 3, there was an improvement, but now is practically on SD 8 Gen 2 tier.

          That leaves the SD7 Gen 3 with BIG chances o be on a Redmi Pad or even the next Poco Pad.

You only suffer with those super wide aspect ratios like 1.85:1 or cinemascope, but these make black bars on 16:9/16:10 as well

                  Are you kidding me? Is this a toy for children or a device for adults?
                  With these specs it's useless. Only the IPS LCD and the SoC are good. The rest is useless e-waste trash. Come on Xiaomi you can do better than this.

                      Hence why I'm not going to be considering it, I don't know why there aren't any good 11 inch 16:10 tablets anymore. As someone who uses a tablet for mostly media consumption, the matepad pro is the only tablet right for me. The rest are ether too big, not 16:10 or have really thick bezels.

                        UFS 4.0? nice.

                          Great improvement over the Pad 6 I own.
                          - Fingerprint sensor
                          - Faster chipsets, quite faster than the Snapdragon 870.
                          - 3:2 aspect ratio, a little bit worse for media consumption like movies and series, but much better for games and web browsing.
                          - 45W charging vs 33W

                          Will probably upgrade to it and pass the Pad 6 to my brother
