I had the phone since launch, I will point out the Pros and Cons side of it:
Pros:
+ Gaming is smooth. I had turn on the Genshin Impact to the max settings and it is still running well. Had played the AOV and LOL:WR, both was able to run flawlessly
+ Light weight compare to other phone
+ Build looks solid
+ Flat Screen
+ Sound quality from both side speakers not bad
+ Fingerprint was fast unlocking
Cons:
-Camera was awful even if compare it with Huawei P30
-Battery life was bad even if i turn the refresh rate to 60Hz. i need to charge 2 times per day even when normal usage without playing games
- Even though the device support Refrest rate 120hz, non of the games that offer 120hz is able to turn this refresh rate on the game settings
- Miui is pretty bad UI. looks confusing and dark mode was bad
- Always on Display was too plain. Nothing to play around
- You cant install unknown apps even if you allow it. Example: Youtube Vance (dunno is it due to Android 11 restriction)
Extra: Many comments and reviewers mentioned there is device dim issue when playing for certain length of time, but so far I didnt encounter this issue at all (Version 12.0.2 Stable)

If anyone of you is planning to buy this please read this out first I hope this will help you out. First I'll start with what I like with this phone the built quality is without any question great in this price bracket. The cameras are decent enough as this is a performance centric phone. Now I will tell you what I did not like with this phone, let's start with the Display the screen is not as bright as they mentioned (1300Nits) After using this phone I noticed a major issue within the display there was a greenish tint in the display which was more visible on grey shade (Black Crush display issue). Other than that there was no Dolby Atmos available which they claimed about in their launch event. The Audio quality was not as much pleasing from the type C port. Now I'll share the UI experience, I did not liked the POCO MIUI it's not as stable as the MIUI. Also this Phone does not support Full HD streaming on Amazon Prime but you can play HDR content on both Netflix and YouTube. let's talk about the gaming performance on this one I played PUBG a lot and faced multitouch issues but the game FPS were constant.

After about week I can say it's lot to consider sending phone back. The SW is really bad. Problems I face: 1. Battery drain - battery live is bad even after 12.0.4. update. Drains 8-9% during night in Airplane mode. Without airplane about 18%. I was hoping this going to be 1.5 day phone for me but this barely holds from morning to evening.
2. Camera is really bad in indoor shots, trying to level automatically contrast on max. so you have dark and face shiny photos but zero details in low light areas. Gcam port is much better in this. 3. Slow auto brightness sensor. Happens to me many times when I pull then phone out of pocket to daylight and was not able to see anything for about 20 sec. great for receiving calls. 4. Bad proximity sensor for phone recognize you have screen at ear, many fault touches during the calls
5. Can not connect to my earbuds automatically in 80% etc.
Bad done Xiaomi and months of work on updates to fix that.

Even after miui 12.04 update, my Poco f3 still dims the display and it does it very frequently like every 5 to 10 minutes even when watching YouTube videos or even scrolling in general I'm really dissatisfied about this as I can't play games nor even use it properly

My display on my poco f3 is always dimming all the time even when im watching videos on YouTube or even scrolling around in general I don't know how to fix this!!! Their was an update to fix the dimming issues when gaming but it hasn't fixed it!!!

Alang Praharja, 23 Apr 2021Waiting for POCO F3 Pro and POCO F3 Pro+ or UltraI don't think there will be a Pro version, the K40 Pro is priced quite a bit higher than the normal K40. Also snapdragon 888 overheats a lot and screen dimming becomes more apparent.
