I have this phone, the video is slightly more saturated then the i13 as well, gaming is way better obviously, gets warm in games like PUBG and stuff, but not too hot, idk why people are saying it overheats a lot, as for emulation, hyperOS 2 is smooth no issues at all, idk what people are talking about, any phone overheats just make sure not to an insane level, other then that just get a phone cooler or play Infront of a fan, I upgraded from a Redmi 10 Prime which was the worst device I've ever had, and got the Poco F6, I prefer Android more than iOS for a lot of reasons

The photos need good lighting that's my only issue and the zoom, starts to look horrible at 5x but an iPhone 13 zoom gets bad at 3x so I can't complain

though you can't deny the fact that real cameras are better for its purpose.

Condition is; if person is taking 90 % day light photos and don't give shit about night photos or videos. Even iPhone has issues with night pics, but any mid ranger in of 24 and 25 can take better pics than iPhone 13. What you lost to iPhone is, taking fast photos / burst photo.

PainSama, 05 Mar 2025Got this to game, and I have to say I am very disappointed.... moreNothing this device is produced with main focus on budget, it probably doesn't have an excellent heat management, then it comes with bloated OS.
You may try to debloat it or turn unnecessary options off and see how it goes.
The cleanest way to debloat will be to flash a clean custom rom though only few unofficial custom roms are available at this moment, and custom rom is risky for average people.
This is why I'm quite picky when I choose a device.
I usually look for a device with best value, best availability and custom rom support.

PainSama, 05 Mar 2025Got this to game, and I have to say I am very disappointed.... moreNot that 8 gen 3 would be better as for heat control, each new generation chip comes with faster clock speed, which means if you do intense task, it has more potential to heat up your device.
If it is for light ~ mid usage, it has more potential to produce less heat.
So each time when you hear about new chip, don't blindly believe that it will be better for everyone.
But phone manufactures don't make it easy for us, as they keep upgrading other components of the phone and sometimes reduce the size of battery, which may contribute to unimproved battery life / more power consumption / heat generation.

Got this to game, and I have to say I am very disappointed.
I got the 12/512. Lags, jitters, gets very hot doing much of nothing, launcher animation lags,audio cracks sometimes, it's disappointing, should have stuck with my previous 778G phone, thought 8s gen 3 would be better

It depends on who uses the cameras and who reviews it.
But if you want zombies' opinion, which is main stream, then you should already know that 99% o the zombies will say iPhone cameras good.
It also depends on how you consider the thing as good, bad or better; do you add the value into equation, if yes good, if no then opposite.
What do you expect from a phone with price 3 times cheaper than iPhone?
You can be sure that no smartphone cameras can beat real camera, which is why most of professional ones don't use cell phone cameras.
