Now is a... moreIt is good to point out the weakness of the POCO series, but it is what it is as this is how Chinese smartphone brand treating their cheaper price smartphone, that's what differentiate higher price and lower price smartphone despite cheaper Chinese brand smartphone has very high specs. But speaking of updates, it is not something mandatory as long as you are not rooting or hack your smartphone, keep it as original as possible without installing any suspicious APK then you are mostly safe. The rest are questionable "experience" which doesn't really better or less better, it might just due to habit of using similar brand experience or about personal preference. For me, for the price, really cannot complain much, unless I want better camera experience then I might choose the Xiaomi T series or something from Honor/OPPO/Vivo.

The phone has very good performance for the price. Now is around 280EUR (8Gb/256Gb variant).
But the battery is average at best. At least it charges fast and the charger comes in the box.
Definitely not whole day battery phone, though. Maybe if someone will use it just for basic things. But then again, why will someone buy high performance phone just for basic things?
In my opinion, that is the only negative thing about this phone. Hardware wise.
Software wise, well.. everybody who had a Poco phone knows that Xiaomi is leaving somehow behind these models, when it comes to software updates and security updates. Even Redmi models get better treatment from Xiaomi.
I have Android 15 on my Povo F6, and I will get Android 16 at some point. But I doubt I will get Android 17.
Also, the security updates come once per each 3 months. For an 1 year old phone, with flagship specs, is not that good. But, I am not saying is entirely bad. Hopefully this will continue next year too. I don't want to wait 4-6 month for security updates next year.
Samsung gives monthly security updates in first 2 years for their best models. Apple even better, gives monthly security updates for all models. But anyhow, those phones cost 5-6 times more than this Poco F6.

I would say, this is the perfect phone for its price. Good performance, camera, display, etc. The battery maybe not that good but it's enough for gaming for a few hours. Bypass charging, headphone jack, and extra card slot is unavailable but yea it's alright since imma buy it only for gaming. Great phone👍

That could be the ... moreCameras are comparable to a base iPhone 12, heck in some cases better then my mother's 13, (in video) also beats the i11, that's how i can explain the cameras simply, The focus is really great, like best I've seen not sure why no one's talking about the focus, but cons of the camera is the ultrawide, needs good lighting, Like really really good lighting,

That could be the reason but idk how someone would fill up 256/512 so quickly, Anyway Poco make's phones for performance at the cheapest price and there good at it, If you're buying a Poco you are buying it for gaming, Not camera, Although cameras are still good at this price point as for build quality depends on which phone usually the X series snap/bend easily, But the F6 bend test is alright, Don't try it though because the battery might get punctured, Who's gonna bend there phone anyway? Unless you sit on the Phone on a couch by accident, it still won't get bent?

This phone out the box was really good but..... the update broke it and there has been no updates especially not security updates for ages it's a joke. I am returning mine and have purchased a nothing phone 3a pro for the same money.

Am i the only one not experiencing battery drain issue? Like i charge it to 100percent and disconnect it before sleep and wake up in still 100 percent. Im using the phone for editing . My digital weibling sot is 8hours from 100 down to 30 percent . Apps used is yt screen recorder blurr app capcut and browser for downloading resources. I think this battery performance is decent enough for my work load. It doesn't even heat up just staying to a normal temp . I'm using it for 3weeks already. Ordered it in orange app official store and receive it Sealed. But when i open it is already updated to latest version. Im a bit worried at first cz why the hell is it already updated to hyper os 2.0.102.0. i didn't evn update it cz the first thing i do is disable auto update during set up and check about phone.in the long run it is giving good experience .
