So I don't know why you switched to Xiaomi just because of battery life alone, since they weren't any better than Samsung in that regard.

Anonymous, 29 Oct 2024If you compare the Poco F6 to other phones of similar price... moreI'm not looking for camera quality for this kind of price range, neither do I need that kind of quality, what's that for?
If you want best camera quality, then you really need a real camera (otherwise "as for myself(don't know about you tho)" phone camera quality diff is like nothing much).

hows the camera in this phone?

Gino76ph, 30 Oct 2024I have lost hope and trust in Samsung. In the past 24 month... moreMaybe it's time you settle on a phone and just not think about it for a while. I'd even recommend moving down a couple segments and buy an A35.

Gino76ph, 30 Oct 2024I have lost hope and trust in Samsung. In the past 24 month... moreReally? I own a Galaxy S23 and have virtually none of the issues you mention. The display is pleasantly vibrant, I can get a daily SOT of 7-8 hours, the photos are quite good, and the speakers are decent. You're either nitpicking or have impossibly high standards.

Last time i checked it's a free world. And yes people can be indecisive especially when being picky with phones. Because these are high value items and you are letting go of your hard earned money. I appreciate your feedback. I know i know...no phone is perfect. It just happens i suppose I have been unlucky with my choices.
FYI, I've had a Moto G84 for more than 6 months now and not selling it soon. The same with the 13T. If i can get my head around whether the 14T or a Nord 4 are a better phone until then i'm keeping the 13T. I still have them and i'm still using them so those counts for something don't you think? The S23+ I'm keeping so far but it's currently on eBay for sale. So those are my two cents.

Gino76ph, 30 Oct 2024I have lost hope and trust in Samsung. In the past 24 month... moreFirst you ordered a Honor 200 because the specs were tempting, but then canceled your order because it has a curved screen.

Next you bought a Xiaomi 13T, you said you regretted purchasing it because of lackluster battery life, mediocre selfie camera, and slow updates. You considered returning to Samsung, so you bought a Galaxy S23+ in hopes it will be a better phone.

But now you're saying you've lost hope in Samsung because of lackluster display colors, cameras, performance, battery life, everything. And you'd rather buy a Xiaomi 14T, OnePlus Nord 4, or Motorola Edge 50, despite the three of them being inferior phones than the S23+ in several ways.

Also, those three phones you mentioned all have weaknesses you personally consider to be deal-breakers.

                              - You don't like buggy software and slow updates, so the 14T won't be a good phone for you.
                              - You don't like lackluster cameras, so the Nord 4 won't be a good purchase.
                              - And you don't like curved screens, so the Edge 50 won't be a good purchase.

What the heck bro, I don't even know what kind of phone you want at this point if you're just gonna complain about literally every single flaw each phone/company has. You might as well not use a phone at all.🤦

Haven't had enough courage of going back to Sammy after S6 (terrible battery).
Yea, they are big and might have improved a lot, but so much bloatware and hard to unlock bootloader.
Meanwhile, I can hardly find moto or oneplus here, and when I find one, it's too extensive here.
Therefore, I've been ending up with Xiaomi phones last few years, and my experience so far has been positive.

In the past 24 month... moreHonestly, I've seen your comments everywhere at this point, and you're quite possibly the most indecisive and picky person I've met. It seems like nothing satisfies you and you're always quick to sell and change phones when you're having the tiniest bit of issues. I guarantee that even if you do find the phone you always wanted, you'll immediately regret your purchase and wish you had bought this other phone or that other phone instead.

Look, I don't care you have arthritis and you can't hold phones comfortably. Why should I help a person that doesn't know what they want, and who will always regret every purchase they make? Sorry pal, you're on your own.

Anonymous, 30 Oct 2024Either the Nothing Phone 2a or Samsung Galaxy A55.Avoiding Nothing phones as i find their phones big, tall, heavy for my hands and i don't like their speaker quality. The galaxy A55 is also heavy and wide for my hands. They are expensive for what they are and I have given up liking Samsung devices now because of dozens of reasons.

skran, 30 Oct 2024Galaxy A55 is a solid well-rounded pick. It's pretty m... moreI have lost hope and trust in Samsung. In the past 24 months I've had an the S21 FE, S23 FE, S23, A34, A55 and S23+. I always put a third-party launcher (as One UI has no vertical apps scrolling and hate the childish icons) and have virtually watched possibly hundreds of battery saving tips and "how to improve performance" and i find numerous issues with Samsung phones namely poor display colours, average battery life (screen on time), bland/pale camera photos, poor speaker quality...I could go on. And yes i have asked people online and in the Samsung Community site and I have just given up liking them. I would rather have a Xiaomi 14T or a OnePlus Nord 4 or a Motorola Edge 50 phone. And i've had 15 years of owning Android so i know what i want and what I have experienced.

Anonymous, 30 Oct 2024Vivo V40Vivo phones are out of the question. They stopped trading in my region (UK) so updates will be either slow or non-existent. Hence i'm avoiding them like the plague.
