The main sensor on the F6 Pro (Light Fusion 800) has almost identical specifications to the Sony IMX890 on the 12R, both phones share the same chipset, so there can be no advantage for the 12R . The photo processing algorithm is currently better on Xiaomi phones than on OnePlus. Overall, better cameras on the F6 Pro. Display is better on the F6 Pro, 526ppi. The battery is better on the 12R, but charging is a little faster on the F6 Pro. Storage speed is better on F6 Pro (UFS 4.0 vs 3.1). HyperOS 2.0 works like a charm. When you consider that the F6 Pro costs $100 less, it's clear which phone is the better buy ;)

I wouldn&#... moreMain camera sensor (primary) is excellent, takes better night videos and photos than S23 (my sister has one). 4K 60fps videos are flagship level. I never use those secondary cameras on my phone, so they don't really matter to me.

I wouldn't even bat an eye of getting an S25 series when I can spend so much less and get so much more. I don't mind the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 as it is a really good processor still to this day. I don't wanna go back to charging more than an hour, 120W charging has spoiled me already. The screen in this thing is also really good for me as it seems well calibrated. I just wish the cameras were better and the battery could use some updates too to improve efficiency.

Light Fusion 800, 18 Jan 2025Poco F6 Pro has a better main camera than Samsung S23, espe... moreThe camera spec of the main sensor could be better than the S23's but the processing has to be good as well to make the photos good. Like I said on my previous comments on this comment section, installing the right gcam can make the results of this phone great and on my personal experience, my Redmi K70/F6 Pro took better photos than the S23 Plus' when we were on the Great Wall of China with my co-worker. The S23 Plus' shots were no slouch either, they were amazing. The main camera app can be good on capturing casual photos but if I shoot a photo on this, I would have to take some from the gcam mods I installed as well to make sure I have taken good shots on the scene. I would pick the best one to share online on my socials and the shots from gcam mods are what I find the best looking on most scenarios. This is no hate to Xiaomi, it's a totally honest opinion on my experiences with the phone itself. The camera, software(bugs) and the battery life aren't the best on this device. I have a Samsung device right now and I don't use it as much as my Xiaomi because it feels slow.
