Yellow, 30 Apr 2025I'm considering getting this phone. I haven't had... moreads on xiaomi device are either notifications or directly in their apps, they're very rare and easy to get rid of there is many way. (my favorite is debloating the phone via shizuku/canta)
It's a setup once and never see them ever again kind of thing, that gets you the phone for cheaper, some love it some hate it but it's not nearly as bad as people say.

I'm considering getting this phone. I haven't had any Poco phones before and when I check reviews, it's always about ads. Are the ads THAT distracting? Or can I just click an (x) button and it's gone?

Some may appear as being disabled, but still running in background and collecting data.

For it's pricing for 512GB version at my country, I cannot complain, this is the best at this kind of pricing with additional discount. Unless I really cannot stand with POCO/Xiaomi, the next could be a iQoo 13 512GB with bigger battery overall, maybe slightly better overall camera. The third candidate would be ZTE nubia Z70 Ultra 512GB. I might choose Z70 for it's unique all screen display with bad in display front camera. The rest, up to you all to say which one is better, it doesn't matter as the tech get obsolete so fast that next year would have another better smartphone.

LTPO on a flagship killer. Lol the delusion is very strong. You can't make a flagship killer when you won't compromise on other aspects. That's how it works. Better save more and work more to get a phone with LTPO screen.
