Need to switch to loudspeaker to hear the caller because you cannot hear sound from the earpiece. Restarting fixes the problem but it still arises especially if you plug in earphone. At first I thought it was a hardware issue but later I got to know it is a software bug which may or may not be fixed in OTA update. I've no money left so I can't buy another phone and I'm stuck with phone. Need to restart this phone several times a day in order to be able to call and listen to the caller without firing the loudspeaker.. Avoid this phone.

If I plug in a headset then it won't be recognized by the phone. And then if I unplug it, phone goes to headphone mode with a headphone icon on the notifications. Then incoming calls should be attended with loudspeaker on because earpiece won't work. If I switch it on, phone becoms normal. Don't buy this phone. Lot of complaints. Gonna return it.

I have heard a lot of complaints about the speaker, microphone and headphone Jack of this phone. Especially the speakers. Many complained that it stopped working after one week. I saw a lot of this in flipkart review section and youtube video comment section. Is there any truth in that? Can you please help. I really wish to buy this phone. But so many complaints about the speakers not working had me think twice about it. Please reply.

Bought the phone yesterday. It is really good. The fingerprint
sensor is blazing fast. Face recognition is fast and accurate,
Better than the samsung galaxy s10 lite I was using. I think
this is the best in the 16000 segment which is less than half
the rate of Samsung.

Otherwise, everything is good in the phone, hardware to software....That is sad that in this range samsung does not have Snapdragon chipset....

Full charge normally takes less than 1 hour an half. Impressive for the 5000 mAh battery. The only problem with this phone or any other Xiaomi phones is that the security application has all the permissions without requiring your consent for each permission so there are some compromise you are making, with your data if you are using a Xiaomi phone, whether it is a Mi or Poco branded. Same is the case with this phone. Well I got this only for performance oriented tasks such as gaming and I have another phone on which I do the main things. I used Redmi Note 9 Pro, K20 Pro for 1 month each before getting this phone as Samsung don't have a Snapdragon 720 series phone in this price range. My experience is that Xiaomi gives pretty solid hardware but in terms of respecting user privacy, it is the worst brand I've came across.

Better value than Redmi Note 9 Pro 4GB/64GB Variant because with this phone, Poco M2 Pro, you get the 33W Charger in the box that makes the deal sweeter. Recently purchased this phone. Before used Redmi Note 9 Pro 4GB/64GB for about a month. Seems like a complete package. Phone is tall and quite heavy tough. Not very compact.
