do not buy this phone. repair alone will give you tons of headache. its cheap and comes with tons of problems like phone not turning on. its due to the fact that its a software problem combine with substandard hardware. be careful when buying cheap phones.

miui 11 would be perfect for this phone, same like on redmi 9.

After a few months, the phone suddenly does not turn on, laggy and this has been a nightmare. Plus Xiaomi does not help with warranty claims. It sucks!

For a couple of months i've been using this phone it was so great the performance was good and over all was good considering with the price but the MIUI12 update ruined the performance of this device it makes so laggy and slow there are more issues there that the M3 deadboot for weeks xiaomi made superior specs for very cheaper price but the software update they releases was ruining the device instead of making it smoother , xiaomi should take action to fix the OTA update bugs they are wasting the money of people even if it is cheap still it is money tho

the last android i used before switching to ios was huawei p20 pro. i kinda missed the android ecosystem so i bought this as a second phone and my first time buying a phone around this price range so i dont really know what to expect at first. the batt life is great. longevity depends on how u use ur phone of course. screen resolution is fine. its high def enough for me. it lagged so much out of the box. but after the recent miui 12.0.6 and the poco launcher update it fixed most of the lags and now the usage is way smoother than before but the response still isnt as fast as my iphone se 2020. like when launching an app or even just the keyboard theres like 2 secs delay but works fine for me since it doesnt lag anymore when u open multiple apps simultaneously and for it's price, it's good i guess. + i actually like the gorilla glass on this phone. been using this for 2 mos already and i havent seen any scratch. unlike my iphone se 2020 which already got micro scratches on the screen just a month of usage. i dont like using tempered glass thats why i appreciate phones with gorilla glass or some sort of protection already. hehe. since its a $150 phone people should manage their expectations and do not expect flagship quality. i didnt experience any heating as well despite continuous game play and video playback in yt and netflix. hope the others get their phone issues fixed.

Since i bought this phone I'm having lot of issues. Screen got freeze sometimes. Network is very bad while all other mobiles are working fines. Calls are getting drop frequently and music sound is low via Bluetooth and handsfree headphone and not same like other cellphone's

after updating to MIUI 12.08 ... battery stat is suprisingly better on 4G on daily usage (streaming, social media )

If you read the news the phone has 30% local made component, a standard for every 4G phones sold there. The rest of the components are sourced from other countries, say China. The factory is close to Singapore and they also do the same for most brands including Xiaomi.

My phone dead. Black screen but phone still feel warm.
1st time blackout form an hours or 2.
Now already 24 hrs.
Email customer support not really helpful.
I guess what I paid, is what i get.
Overall is cheap and good phone. Just luck not on my side.

hi everyone. I'm from Indonesia and I recently bought a Poco M3 4/64 phone.
Regarding all the problems and complaints that you write in the comments column. I've read your comments, and among them all I've never had the same problem with you? all is well and this phone is amazing. starting from performance, battery and network everything is okay even I have tried various heavy games such as mobile legend, genshin impact, pubg, cod, with high graphics and everything is okay.
But (sometimes) a little lag when there is SFX and VFX in games with HD graphics
If you have problems, have you updated Miui V12,0,8 ???? there are increased system and fix Wi-fi
if still having problem maybe from which country is the phone made/assembled? In mine written made in Indonesia. and in my country I rarely see a problem with a new cellphone, if there is, it can usually be exchanged immediately if the guarantee is still there
