Ok I managed to reboot my phone but now there's no sound when i play media, the speakers work but whenever i play songs or videos nothing but open up my radio app and boom
Anyone know a solution?

pls someone suggestged using a power bank to charge the phone that has gone into deadboot, anyone tried it yet, whats the outcome cos i did same and nothing changed. i didnt even see the battery sign being charged like it used to show when connected to normal power supply. pls i need a solution to this mess. i'm leaving the phone again for the nect 7 days to see if i can charge ut with normal power to come on again .

A WORD OF ADVICE. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE
I've seen many users specially on Social media about the device SUDDENLY DIES, BOOTLOOP AND DEABOOT
i'm glad I didnt get tempted to buy this phone. Save your money and Have a peace of mind.

Stopped working about a month after the warranty. Just goes black screen, and no hard reboot can do anything for several days. THen you can hard reboot it, but the same issue crops up again and again, more and more frequently.
Don't buy. Don't buy Xiaomi at all if this is indicative of the quality they produce.

Authentic smartphone rubbish, every 3 or 4 it dies and it's time to open it and reset the battery. Other than this you can't update and let it shut down or you'll have to open it again.

I have been completely devastated. Kindly advise me on what to do!

Using this Phone with Nusantara A13, its smooth than the stock rom
(expect some stutters), but battery drains a lil faster

You CAN reboot your phone while it charges. Whatever the reason. Updates, lagging, changing fonts... just plug it in then reboot. It works fine after.

PLs can someone help. how can i get my phone to turn on. it has recovered from deadboot twice but now after leaving the battery to drain for more than 14days its not coming on again. it would charge to 100% but not turn on by itself. pls how do i overcome this?
