Authentic smartphone rubbish, every 3 or 4 it dies and it's time to open it and reset the battery. Other than this you can't update and let it shut down or you'll have to open it again.

I have been completely devastated. Kindly advise me on what to do!

Using this Phone with Nusantara A13, its smooth than the stock rom
(expect some stutters), but battery drains a lil faster

You CAN reboot your phone while it charges. Whatever the reason. Updates, lagging, changing fonts... just plug it in then reboot. It works fine after.

PLs can someone help. how can i get my phone to turn on. it has recovered from deadboot twice but now after leaving the battery to drain for more than 14days its not coming on again. it would charge to 100% but not turn on by itself. pls how do i overcome this?

Yes, the updates can cause real problems unless you know, don't update without the phone charging. Even if at 100%, keep it on the charger, update and it will reboot fine.
If you don't, you're looking at a long wait for the phone to discharge, and then you'll need to apply the update again because it won't have the update you downloaded applied to OS.

This phone is a low quality lemon. Apparently some problem with the assembly of the CPU to the IC. Many people have the same problem. If you turn it off and it has a charge above 2%-3% it won't turn off until the battery is completely drained. Then you charge it up and it will boot, but only while charging. You can reboot it while charging, but if you turn it off or try to reboot while it's still got a charge, you need to wait for the battery to complete discharge again. Had this happen with 2 replacements from the shop in the first week!
