But that it is. Never go to miui 12. Generally phone models are like that , let's say if it comes with miui 10 and if there's problems then no choice and update it , if not I'll keep it at the last version of miui 10. For M3 it comes with miui 12 then no harm to update until the last version of miui 12, if no problems then do not go for miui 13 or android 11 in the future if applicable

the poco m3 is great unless you have a cheaper device that's actually better. like the tecno lc8, i know it sounds rubbish but hear me out, that thing is cheaper and has slightly better experience overall—better cameras and better performance (no laggy miui12) was greatly disappointed with that purchase was expecting to be at least a bit better than my previous phone the (tecno one) but nope just got a laggy experience and a really bad camera especially the selfie one. the 48 megapixels don't really matter much.

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2020Guys! between Redmi 9 and this Poco M3 Which one is better ... morePlease pick Poco M3 (storage USF 2.0) intead of the Redmi 9 (storage eMMc 5.1) , the MTK g80 aint diff much with the SD 662 , both are equal , but i personnely think the MTK G80 will be better at benchmark , its just that the Redmi 9 use old storage chipset eMMc 5.1 and wil be laggy or slow loading on heavy games setting , the SD662 will be better coz it use a newer chipset UFS 2.0 . Good luck on buying pal.
