Even though golgge clearly states in their AOSP documentation that as soon as the user ticks the 'allow OEM unlock' option under developer options, the manufacturer should allow flashing of custom images through fastboot mode.

Only a phone with unlocked root access is actually smart. Without root your phone is actually a dumbphone , not smartphone.

Be keep in mind, check whether some modern games is supported and working on POCO M7 Pro 5G.
Especially running games in Vulkan, like Warzone Mobile, Asphalt Legends Unite, and Genshin Impact.

The only thing that makes sense to keep on some phones is memory card. Not that I ever use a memory card but I can understand that some do.

fingerprint sensor not side mounted = screen easy spoil.
almost all non high end mi models using lousy helio chip no more snapdragon
battery overheats faster than all other models, max font size also way smaller than samsung.
only thing keeping everyone with it is the dual app and easy toggling at settings

Now when there are phones on the market that have removed both memory slot and 3.5 jack I'm waiting on the first phone to remove the physical sim slot too. Physical sim is just a waste of space and e-sim is much easier to use.

I once bought a phone without audio jack many years ago and it came with the usb to audio jack dongle and I still regret wasting money for that piece of e-trash to this very day. And it wasn't cheap either. One of those supposed 'flagship' phones you know.
