i got this phone yesterday and i'm scared to update it. it's miui global 12.0.7 and i can update it to 12.0.9 a lot of you said it's full of bugs tho. should i update it or just wait for another update where it's all fixed??

I got this phone hoping for a cheap phone that would last a long time. It was working pretty good. It is fairly buggy. There are lots of random movements and sometimes it just won't let me press something. Often times I restart it and the problem is fixed, but I shouldn't have to restart my phone all the time. The Gallery app is really annoying. While it can hold an SD card, it doesn't really support it. Everytime my phone restarts (which I have to do often), it takes a while for it to find the SD card. Sometimes it was 5-10 minutes. Today it wasn't reading it at all, or at least it wasn't letting me see my videos. I got a notification saying there was an issue with the card. I tapped it and scrolled through the options. I could either format the card or use it for transferring photos. I scrolled up, but it registered as me taping on format. I quickly exited out within seconds, but it was too late. Thousands and thousands of photos were deleted. I tried to recover them many ways, but they are gone. It was all because it lagged. I've had lots of touch problems, but this one devistated me. This phone seems like a great budget choice, but I regret gettin it. The software is just very flawed. I'm going to buy the Samsung S20 FE simply for Samsung's software.

The photo comes out of focus specially in 2x zoom in native camera app.
The camera px (some version of Google camera) takes good photos. But apps crash when using some mode.
Can some one suggest some good version of Google camera?

I got a latest update on my POCO X3
What happened was:
- Touch issues (scrolling up and down)
- Facebook Messenger chat head unstable
Looking forward that XIAOMI can fix this. It's very disappointing.

It's been 2 weeks now since I updated to MIUI 12.0.1.0 (Poco X3 NFC);
- Game Driver is no longer available in Dev. Option
- Data Signal has become super unstable (I'm in PH and I use both Smart and Globe carriers)
- Messenger Chat Head is ruined.
- Heating has become more frequent.

nick, 28 Jun 2021i just updated my poco x3 to the latest update there's... moreI'm running on Android 11 global version. At first I did notice some lagginess in the UI but after a while everything just disappeared. It even fixed that annoying high call volume i was facing. You guys need make sure to wait for the STABLE VERSION FIRST BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!!!!

i just updated my poco x3 to the latest update there's alot missing, before the update i can use floating windows, now you cant and even the chat head in the messenger does not appear (yes i know the settings for the chat head) some apps can no longer run at the same time like playing while youtube is on and so on and i kinda feel its slower than before my animation is already at .5

I bought this phone for my wife... Told her to not update the phone system but i fear she will do it. Anyone knows if they already patched the isues? I've read that already did on X3 Pro, that i am using now, still not updated because i fear get bugged. What you guys can tell by now? Thanks

after updating i m facing many problems. First off all i m facing touch issues plus when im connection my bluetooth headphones they didn’t work properly and can't open any pdf file all the it shows file is corrupted.
