    I Joined Xiaomi & Poco X3 communities a month before buying this phone to check its complaints and I'm still active in them. You're the first person that I've come across with this complaint.

    I don't think it can be called a "problem"... It's just an aspect of the phone that majority of people would actually like. You should have done deeper research into the phone.

    And you sound very ill-mannered from your choice of words.

If you look at reviews of this phone - nobody said that earpiece is too loud. This must be emphasized in phone specification, like Huawey have "no Google service".

        Maybe for people who working as company men who like setup silent scenary like in the movie will not suitable for using Poco X3 series.

Still can be accepted. Everybody has different thinking, different the way of opinion.

            Poco X3 NFC is £169 (€197, $235) this Saturday in the UK for the 128GB version. Should I wait and get the Redmi Note 10 Pro or buy it this instead.

            The only issue I can see is the design and maybe the screen being IPS. I've had AMOLED for about 6 years on other phones, will I notice a significant difference?

            But for £169, it seems like a good deal.

              So this is big advice to everyone who works in office - dont buy this phone.You cant have private conversation, and sometimes other side ask me to "turn off speakerphone" - so what can I do? Tell to everyone that Xiaomi X3 Poco is peace of garbage for office works.

                Some would actually like this aspect, as you've already said. So I doubt Xiaomi would address this issue in updates.

                Try playing around in Sound effects. Maybe Preset, Volume adjustment, Equalizer, Mono audio & adjusting balance can make it better for you.

                I also know about non-root apps that increase your speaker volume beyond its limits, so there must be some that lets you lower the volume as well.

Maybe if this is my second phone, or maybe if I works outside -then I will not have complain about this issue. But like I said - I works in office, and everyone near me can hear conversation from my interlocutor. If I leave phone on table, and set level of call to minimum - I can hear other side in range about 2m away. This is not normal!

                        This is worst phone for office works, because of issue (bug) with loud earpiece speaker. Still no fix, I will send it to service and I want money back. I can't have conversation near anybody, other people think that my speakerphone is on. Does anybody have fix for this? If service will not accept that this is manafacturer bug - I will root it and try to find fix.

                                  Noob, 15 Mar 2021what about the problem with delayed notification? My phone ... moreMost likely due to battery optimization. Search "Optimization" in Settings & make sure the apps of your interest aren't optimized.

                                  There was also another feature in Settings that if you turn saves more Standby battery but delays notification. I can't remember what's it called.
                                  Maybe you turned that on.
