Guys, is it really full of ads, bloatware, unwanted apps and battery drains quicker than usual after few weeks? How is build quality, does it feel cheap, is it too big and rough while holding it?

You can change to Nova Launcher, etc..
Mine using Nova Launcher & it's okay.

Is it possible to easily change from the default launcher? I'm hoping to use the Microsoft Launcher. TechRadar say the photo's taken at 64MP can sometimes have a blue/purple tint on the edges of high contrast areas of the image. Have you noticed this to be a problem?

If you not yet buy this. Suggest u not to even consider of this phone.
1.overheat on long time gaming even turn off 120fps
2. Weak mobile signal and wifi signal
3. Battery life could not compete any other new launch phone
4.build in ads even in the setting
5. Phone keep turning like crazy to show it had a super sensitive motion sensor
6. Not really good for gaming as u know it's advertising as design for gaming. My old phone with mtk had even better performance
7. Crazy stupid app launch shortcut in game booster. Accidently open it then until the game ending I still dunno how to make the fucking thing that show on top disappear from my screen because it blocking my whole control space

I do own one Poco x3 NFC, bought from a official Portuguese reseller. It is in fact a great phone for the price tag, but you should expect a usage result accordingly. It is very smooth to use, camera is not bad (but not great either), screen is very nice even not being AMOLED, and rear cover feels what it is, plastic.
I just noticed something I do not like, the minimum earphone sound volume is not low enough, so that on a quiet place, a person near me can ear all my conversations... That's not good.
