been using this phone for 9 months now and just recently my phone randomly reboots on its own. been searching and looking for solutions but theres nothing apart from going to customer service? what else should i do? i have no idea if my warranty is still available

Why does my poco doesn't record a clear sound when im taking a video especially when it's loud? Is it just me or are u guys still experiencing this too????

I have bought POCO X3 Last year on 14 June 21 and yesterday after just 1 year & 2 days the phone was suddenly dead. Went to the service centre the same issue motherboard is dead, no spare parts available and since I am 2 days late not eligible for exchange.

After using poco x3 pro global for a year i m not satisfied with the software support., Miui 13 not good.. Xiaomi deliberately reduced memory bandwidth of ram with sd 860 .. resulted in slower performance while switching between apps... Stick to miui 12.5.9 or 12.0.4. do not update to miui 13.0.4

It's the first phone I own that gets a strong body vibration during sound playback at high volume. Keep the volume reasonably low or use headphones, otherwise you risk getting the phone's motherboard faulty after some time.
The heating problem, which only arises in summer when playing power-hungry games like Genshin Impact, is easily solved with a fan blowing on the Poco.
Other than that, it's a great phone, fast and affordable.

I bought the phone a week ago but I&#... moreYou can update, just need to factory reset after moving from android 11 to 12 since all your files still are android 11 based and are incompatible with 12, this isn't Miui's fault since it's also present in other phones but it's the unoptimized android 12 fault from android

- Poco x3 pro 8/256 user here.
- After a few months of use phone started having touches in one place randomly untill i press power button, and also had a weird notification saying something crashed i think while watching a lot of photos and folders.
- I only use phone to watch videos in yt, play genshin, watch media and browse the internets.
- Waiting for the moment of truth and swap phones with my warranty... To bad cause is my first powerful and best phone i had.

I'm actually impressed how it handles Apex Legend on max settings. Very good performance for it's price of course, but I can't update it to android 12 and over MIUI 12.5.5??
I mean.. what is the reason, because it just says I have the latest version. (Not a big issue to me, just wondering why)
Small issue with overheating, when I use silicone case it's 60-80°C+, but without case it is ~50-62°C. I think it's kind of logical due the plastic cover and cheap cooling system?
