Updating my own question. . .
Poco UK have told me there are no plans to release the model in the UK ATM.
Seems an odd decision.
With Brexit making importing from the EU a pain these days, unless the retailer bears the import costs, not sure what I'll do.

Those who use Poco X3 Pro, X3 GT, F3 and F3 GT, this is called an upgrade in terms of performance and changing speed up to 67 watt.
Those who owned X3 Pro, you might lack of micro SD card slot and FM radio (go for 256GB is highly recommended because 128GB in general not enough due to no micro SD card slot).
Those who owned X3 GT, F3 and F3 GT, you will get 3.5mm jack which is very good those who want this feature without buying USB C to 3.5mm jack adapter.
But those who already owned F3 and F3 GT, you might get downgrade in terms of screen (from AMOLED to IPS LCD). This is due to cut production costs by Xiaomi.
For camera, 64 megapixels is quite OK and don't expect it takes much better than iPhone or Samsung quality.
It have stereo speakers. But unlike X3 series and F3 series, it use dedicated speakers instead of one at the call phone speaker and another normal speaker at the bottom.
Btw, X4 GT is actually have similar performance as SD888/888+ but due to Dimensity 8100 TSMC semiconductor, it is much more efficient compared to SD888/888+ which uses Samsung semiconductor. So, less overheat when doing such heavy gaming like Genshin Impact and Antutu Benchmark get around over 800k score which is similar score as SD888/888+.

This phone Will beat Poco F4 if have better camera and OIS inside it

The camera performance is severely lower than that of Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G. I don't understand why they make it like this and lower the brand value on their own.

Yes we all know gt neo 3 is better but is $200 usd more expensive and global version is almost impossible to get in most parts of the globe and has no big distrubition as poco does.

O, 27 Jun 2022What's better, this or the realme gt neo3? Realme gt neo 3. Better screen, more lightweight, better cameras (ois), 4k 60 fps instead of 4k 30 on this xiaomi phone. Realme also has aptx hd, to have much better sound quality on wireless bluetooth headphones when listening to uncompressed music and better charging speed, 80W instead of 67W on the x4 gt.. Also, on top of that, realme has a higher count of battery cycles. This means that the battery will not degrade as fast as the xiaomi one. Also, MIUI is known for being the most buggy UI. This xiaomi has Ir blaster, which realme doesn;t have though. Either way, gt neo 3 is much better. Don't be scammed with this device.
