it doesn't mean that i will handle even if u throw heavy stuff on it, i still have poco m4 pro 5g with debloated latest miui rom. does not hiccup at all even when multitasking.

A52s isn't expensive. It's still one of the best phone to get. It's got OIS, better water resistance and proven long term all-round performance.

They could use 870g which is 5g. 778g could be used in the base x5 (which is just a downgraded x4 pro!) But shame they penny-pinch even if it degrades the product. They want to be as rich as possible instead of taking pride in making good product. Imagine if this phone just had 870g and better construction, they'll make a bit less profit, but it would be a product to remember.
Venerable Pocophone F1 is what made Poco famous. Now their greed is their downfall.

Why make plastic frame, then put glass back? Do these people ever study material science? Why not just use plastic back as well, if using plastic frame?
Pocophone F1 had plastic back and plastic frame, and it was very durable and cheap to make. Most durable and rugged phones on market are made that way.
More proof that these devices are designed and developed by people with no technical qualification, rather by marketing people. "Smart"phone development is almost totally unscientific and untechnical. There's no regard for physics and computer science over there today. They look for people who will increase sales and penny-pinch rather than ones who will make a technically and scientifically better product. Using plastic frame on glass back does exactly that, "improve" looks (highly subjective) and cheap out. Plastic back "wouldn't" look "nice" and metal frame cost more.

This will be my next phone if it comes with android 13. Currently using Xiaomi Mi A2 (2018) and Samsung Galaxy Tab A8

great specs too, comparable to a52s 5g and headphone jack, hopefully it's much cheaper....

It has great midrange features. Metal frame would be awesome quality plus. But it's OK. I'm voting YES!

Lol X5 Pro has weaker processor than the X3 Pro. Looks ugly af as well.
