Taylor, 18 Feb 2024I just purchased this online with 30% off discount…I origin... moreI would have suggested you to go with moto edge 40 neo good camera and other specs cost you 1k extraa but u can stretch anyway poco x6 at 22k not worth it at all..little overpriced on the other hand in edge 40 neo u will get curved screen,stock andriod,good camera,decent processor,ip ratings,lightweight,144hz rr,many more etc

I just purchased this online with 30% off discount…I originally wanted the Redmi Note 13 Pro but it’s a bit expensive and the specs are pretty similar to the X6 except for the camera but I only scroll social media and games which is why I went for this one instead.
Cannot wait for it to arrive. It will replace my Note 13 5G, it was a good device but I hate the mono speaker and side mounted fingerprint.

In my opinion...dual speakers is like one is dedicated at the bottom and one sound output is from earpiece mic & stereo speaker means two dedicated speakers from both top and bottom side for e,g iqoo neo 6,iqoo 9 se,x7 max in old days where one speaker is from earpiece mic & like from xiaomi f3 gt,other brands like oneplus,motorola many other provides the dedicated speakers from top and bottom side for great audio exp

Would a Poco X6 be a better value for an overall decent device than the Poco X6 Pro?
or would an X6 Pro be a better investment in more ways than the X6? (thinking about general everyday performance, camera photo & video quality and battery life).

None, 10 Feb 2024The phone is out barely a month. ROM development starts usu... moreBut there won't be any ROM development at all if Xiaomi doesn't allow the bootloader to be unlocked. This is a definite shift in policy! I still got the same message "the server is being updated, try later, now a week later.
The only hope is that someone 'cracks' the bootloader by hacking it.
But the point is that Xiaomi has made it a lot more difficult and they will lose me as a customer, and probably other users who appreciate that they can get rid of Google/install their own favourite OS - in the past will move on which I hope will mean for Xiaomi some loss of revenue.

Xiaomi is a cunning fox.
.how....cuase they make Android13 as first base so only 2 Android updates will be get 14&15 so don't fall..unless you are a custom rom user...or they change the software policy update

Looking to have some questions answered about this phone if anyone is willing as it's one of my options for my next phone:
How many os updates will the phone get?
Does it have Google play support?
Does it support visible? (just lte 4g is fine. I don't need more than that)
Is the screen flat?
And now easily does it heat up under heavyish loads?
(Also please don't suggest a phone to me I have my own criteria for a phone and I just wanna find a mid ranger to replace my OnePlus 11 on my own.)

I just but poco X6, why vibrate on tap is gone in X6, I want to turn off the vibration when I click back button for example

I bought this phone in Europe and am very happy with the hardware.
But MIUI is absolutely shite and I don't like the ads and phoning home to Xiaomi and Google.
And this is where the big problem is: I am trying to go through the Xiaomi Unlock process and it's worse than hell: strange error messages, lot's of reading of online pages and in the end I didn't succeed.
Nobody apparently has succeeded yet. If this continous I will be regretting my purchase and will never buy a Xiaomiu again (with Xioami for more than 10 years!)
So buyer beware! if you like to install a ROM

i have a 1-week-old x6, I love it. i just wanna say i monitored the charging a bit, and it charges like ~33%/10 minutes....so it is aruond ~33 minutes for 100% not 44
