This place is full of hate damn.
However i give you the part about netflix and L1 on old phone, strange and bad choice whatsoever by Xiaomi.
I wait total judgement after more review of biuld quality and software (i don't think i'll write here soon)

Just use common sense they wont provide any concern for the breaking of the phone at 3ft its the user fault for letting that fall. Stop complaining they already announced it that poco is not a midranger nor a flagship its more like a necessity phone for the ones who want to try flag ship like for a midrange budget. It neither of the two. Just buy if you want one there's so many phones outhere with the same price just stop complaining you cant have everything in this life. So choose wisely for your need. Go for nokia 3310 for the 3ft fall. The buy. Anothet phone just for gaming. And another for camera. And another for looks. Just make sure its less than 300 usd.

How the hell I'm gonna carry a tv with ultra hd subscription in a subway or public place. See I was considering this phone because of price but not now people like you can carry "big tv" while traveling it's fine but don't defend or give excuses. What is the use of flagship killer when you cannot stream HD content. May be yours eyes are so habitual to see SD content that you can't tell the difference between SD and HD.

Tested both Pocophone F1 & Samsung A8 star, decide to buy A8 star despite is Snapdragon 660 & cost $50 more, beat Pocophone F1 in many aspect, Super Amoled screen, Light year ahead camera, Superb UI, much accurate GPS, no ugly notch, videos play full screen.

I am a filipino, 31 Aug 2018True, the base model is priced at $340 here in the Philippines. Actually its 337.5. but sept 09, there will be a discount sale. If you really want one, buy on sept 9. It will be $319 on that day, or it could be lower.

So i think i wont have problems with poco f1 concerning netflix.
Dont create too much attention with widevine if you dont intend to buy poco, even if it had L1 widevine. Hush.

See this is not 2016 where people are unaware of Netflix or can't afford it. Many people doesn't play games at all just stream Amazon and Netflix. What's the benefit for those people ?

just trade in my samsung s7 for poco yesterday. the poco lcd not as good as s7 but other features are better. for the price it a steal. i dont care what people says coz my prrvious phone were all samsung galaxy s1,s2,s3,s4,s5,s6,s7.
