I have said that the 2 GB massive security patch. Not aabout Miui update. It is confirmed that F1 will not get any further Miui update which I think good for me.

I am happy with the current Miui and don't want any more updates as it may slow the device or do some other issues. Regards.

      Update about the very very slow charging of my Poco F1.

      I have visited my friend's store and tried different MI and other type C cable and chargers to charge my F1 and it worked normally. I mean my device is OK. Nothing to worry.

      So, bought an Original MI Type C cable for 200/- Indian rupees or about 3$.

      Now I am happy.

      I will use the old cable to move files to my phone from laptop and new one to recharge it.

      So, if anyone has same issue, please replace the cable.

            OK. Last month, downloaded the massive security patch. No issue at all.

            Except very very slow charging by the original adapter and cable.

            Frequent connection and disconnection error which is unbearable to me. Happening in both PC and power board.

            I tried the adapter with another USB cable on my 5/6 years old Lenovo tab which worked well.

            On the other hand, I tried a normal Samsung charger with the original cable and it took about 5/6 hours to get 100% from 50% which is good if you are sleeping.

            Anyway today I am going to visit my friends shop and try another MI original adapter and type C cable, if it works, then I will be lucky and happy.

            Will post the update soon.

              this phone can is good with only sd 845( tested with alot of game ) , decent camera ( 2021 ) , full game play ( online ) about 3-6 hours depend on game ofc with no fps drop ( no fan ) , easy to root and alot of custom rom option

                      So, it's actually a nice, powerful phone, but there is a glitch, but welp, I'm not sure if it is actually a glitch. So when your device's battery is fully dead, and you charge it, than in a few secs it shows, that it is already charged to about 30%.

                        Hari, 06 Feb 2021It is not even supporting HD content in OTT apps Amazon and... moreIt is actually support after some updates, but Netflix policy is preventing it to support later, where Netflix only grant HD content for the smartphone that has Widewine L1 certified start from the factory installation, not later on.
                        I actually check that even after the smartphone is already Widewine L1, Netflix still don't give a shit.
                        So, I ask you to blame Netflix, it is Netflix that don't give back support for this Pocophone F1 even after it has gain the Widevine L1 certification.

                            i was hapy with my armoured edition i bought it in dec 2019
                            now from last one month m frustrated coz of software upgradation
                            ear mic is not at all working
                            i have to attend all my cals on loudspeaker m frustated.

                            i went to service centre they say i ve to format my 256 gb memory data which i cannot afford

                            frustated m coz of there software upgradation
                            no debug is devloped till now
                            i cannot transfer my crucial data

                              I bought it from oct 2018 untill now. Dont have any issue occur. Just only changed battery one time. hahah

                                Ken, 13 Feb 2021I've been using Poco F1 since Jan 2019, and I am reall... morehey, i bought mine as well in january 2019. i got the 6/64 version as it was only intended to be a temporary replacement while my razer phone 2 was being repaired. i am so satisfied with it that i am still using it up to now. my unit was from a later batch so it did not have any of the issues that plagued the earlier manufacturing batches. my battery still holds up to 8 hours of screen on time. the only issue i am facing since miui 11 is the softening of the volume on calls and the speaker. the phone jumpstarted my blog reviewing smartphones, and that's saying something because i do get my hands on alot of smartphones but still i love my pocophone f1.

                                  Blame these stupid and greedy company instead.
                                  Yes, now the widevine is set back to L3 again because no point to made it to L1 if it is these company that blacklist this smartphone.

                                    I've been using Poco F1 since Jan 2019, and I am really really really impressed. I'm using the 6/128 version, and never face any major problem. Everything run well, from gaming to productivity. Yes, the camera and speaker aren't that great, but it's still worthy for the price I paid.
                                    The battery is quite efficient, but it started to drain faster after about 1.5 years of using, but still great. At least just need to be charge 1x a day.
                                    Overall, this is the one of best smartphone I've ever had

                                        Pocophone run android 8.1 is really beautiful so old version is better than new version so recommend you all don't update to the new version its useless
