This is still the best phone price/performance wise since it was released. I didn't see anything worth buying after i got it. And if you flash a good rom and kernel, you just got yourself upgraded and ready to roll for next few years without worries.

Anonymous, 10 May 2020using this device for more than a year and still didnt have... moreso no problem at all?
u know im into games and im low on money so pocophone f1 should be a great choice.
but at the same time I look at redmi note 8 pro and redmi note 9s
I mean they dont have the performance of a sd845 phone that's for sure but I see the shinny premium glass front and back with gorilla glass 5 and bigger screen and battery and camera and ip52 splash resistance then im like:well which one is more worth it?better gaming performance or better futuristic phone and more premium phone?

AnoM, 03 May 2020This thing I can say is quite subjective.
At first glance,... moreIt has an oversensitive display. I've tested it so far and here's my findings:
1. Accumulated oil on the screen can cause false triggers. IDK why but this happens to me after a call, my face oil transferred to the topmost edge which prevents me from invoking the drop-down status bar.
2. The touch still lingers if your finger hovers (at most 1mm) on the screen. During rapid typing, your hand is as low as possible to the screen which the phone still register as single tap or sometimes swipe. This is the reason why rapid tapping letter "p" for example can trigger back when full screen gesture is ON.
3. #2 Makes drum-based music games basically unplayable.
This phone is my main phone and it's far from a gaming-centric phone. It's more like a phone with parts accumulated to fit the set of budget (which it really does). People using this phone for gaming and manage to do so doesn't really fixed the touch issue, they just learned to live with it. Going custom might be the best because you can use different kernels but for me, stock is fine and I prefer gaming on my ipad, laptop, and PC.

At first glance, mobile gaming are far from PC gaming.
Touch screen touch input are far less accurate than PC.
The touch delay, and ghost touch are some of the issue happen while plug in charging adapter and when the phone overheat while gaming, the screen might register false capacitive touch, which will cause touchscreen issue. I think some phone is better in this regard, but it is not totally immune.
