Playing 2.7k videos is not working properly on this phone. It takes 3 seconds to show only one second of it(three times slower).

I brought a Xiaomi phone, and it was the worst thing i have done in regard to buying a phone.
The reason why I chose it in the first places was because of the camera it seemed second to none.
However, the phone started to play up doing random things like when I'm on the line speaking to someone and if another call came through it would put the second person straight through without a warning. (And other problems)
The Xiaomi team offered to upgrade the phone which is fine.
They sent out a red plastic bag within 5 working days and for me to return it within 5 working days.
THE PROBLEM IS I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME AN UPGRADED PHONE AS PROMISED.
THIS HAS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH NOW AND I AM WITHOUT A PHONE
IS THERE ANYONE WHO CARES ????

Balbina, 15 Oct 2022The screen is very average, the screen of galaxy A13 is better.Great phone decent screen with vivid colours and bright enough to use in the sun and battery is great cameras a good enough and are what you expect on a phone this price it has enough power to play high graphic games on at least medium setting and UI is fast and responsive it comes with some bloatware but it's easily uninstallable overall great device.
