I have an issue.
I can't swipe and have trouble touching it. And sometimes ghost touch occur.
Is this software or hardware issue?

Hello Guys,
I want to ask, I just buy this phone and I get notification to update miui to miui 13 v13.0.2.0.SGEIDXM ...
Should I update it or ... ? Is the v13.0.2.0.SGEIDXM stable/save/no bug make phone low?, I ask this because :
1. No issue for now with my current os v13.0.0.4 but still android 11, I heard that update to be android 12 or I wrong?
2. Just to make sure is everything ok no problem when I update it
*ask first or you will be lost way (like that, I don't want to get lost way 😅)

I used this device before 10 days.
1.my call screen proximity sensor not work.mean when picked up the call and phone touch the ear but screen is not off.
2.my phone is alert me for software update.still I not updated it because I leasoned that after updating phone are in some problems?if any suggestions

In November my phone entered into a state of boot loop and I could not fix it by just using System Recovery. Luckily I bought the phone in August and it's under warranty so I sent it back to the store and in about 20 days they returned it fixed. Now I got the Android 12 update, but the phone is fine. No boot loops, no battery or peformance problems.
