Do anyone know why my Redmi 10c battery so bad? Like it drained so fast when i watching youtube for 7 minutes it took 1% which isnt normal at all. The customer service via email doesnt solved the problem at all, they just said please send a feedback which if that question i can do my myself.

My redmi 10c is not working while sending and receiving messenger voice notes. After buying I installed the messenger and can't hear voice note ever since. Went to service centre and they couldn’t fix it. Utterly disappointed. Do not recommend.

I can play genshin impact in highest settings with medium resolution with average 45fps
But it still lags when im using screen recorder
