This is the worst phone I ever bought, previously I used Redmi Note 3 and 7 and they were both fine, but this... it lags out even with the most basic stuff, phone restarts on its own or it's just plainly unresponsive and I have to force restart, last Xiaomi phone I ever bought.

Worst phone ever, don't buy it. Lags and don't even get all the features which hyperOS has to offer, but a Samsung in same price range which has better specs and customisation. DON'T BUY IT (I'm talking with experience) Im literally waiting to buy a new phone.

As of today's date, it has been exactly one year since I've been using this phone as my daily driver. The 8GB/256GB variant is not sluggish at all. I use it for calls, social media, office work, and casual gaming. It's a good phone for the price.

redmi 12.. not good... we cant take pics outdoor in the noon time (hot climate) i have experienced... am fed up with redmi 12. when i go sites i coudnt clik pics

You should expect this from a Xiaomi, it's what you buy with an honest price, It's not exactly a powerhouses it does the job done, if you really want a better phone just save up a little
