I bought this phone for older person who use this phone for mostly viber calls. She usually use speaker on the phone because she doesn't hear well and there is ECHO to the other side. When I speak with her I hear my voice double. Does anyone has this problem and know how to fix it. Phone is useless for her now.

Horrible screen, had to keep it at almost maximum brightness for better clarity.

The phone has great hardware but the software is garbage,apps like gallery and file browser lack certain features or are annoying to use. Also is not worth buying the stronger version of the phone for multitasking because they REMOVED split screen and multiwindos i checked every on the internet and went to the store where I bought it and they told me it didn't have it.

How is the inbuilt ads? Is it like previous xiaomi phone, the ads are only inside the inbuilt apps like gallery, music etc or is there new kind of ads? Can they be turned off?

I would usually NEVER do this, I hate wasting time in life but I just had to. This phone is AMAZING. I just had my Samsung swiped in Thailand and needed a very cheap phone to get me through a week until I can transfer some cash to buy a new s23 ultra or something and was not expecting much but WOW. The battery is insane, the phone feels nice in your hand, great screen, finger print unlock on the side, tons of ram, decent HD, fast and smooth window transitions, great wifi, nice video on tiktok and youtube (havent watched netflix yet but dnt usually anyways I have a macbook pro) This phone cost me 100.00 Pounds LOL!! I mean are you kidding me? The only thing it probably is not great for is gaming but I dont game anyways. Im a chrome, whatsapp, tiktok, skype guy and it has completely taken me by surprise. Oh one thing it doesnt have is NFC (tap pay) but for everyone complaining, how could you expect more than this beautiful phone for 100 pounds. Also the colors are beautiful. I went with green! If youre in much need for a phone quickly, and dont have much cash, this is the one. You wont be dissapointed.

Ok... I'm back just to say, I am disappointed on the new HyperOs update.... Although I already expected but still disappointed....
HyperOS update on this phone just came out hours ago for me.... Up to you guys to update it...
