I need to say, it's the best budget phone out there, considering it runs helio G85 processors in its price range when other brands would have downgraded the chips for their phones. Tecno Spark 20C runs in helio G36 processors and is far more expensive than Redmi 13C, they only made the spark 20C sleek and beautiful. Redmi 13C is an alternative & a competitor with the Tecno Spark 20.
The only thing I don't like about Redmi 13C is the absence of the control centre style that was removed after upgrading to Hyper OS from MIUI 14. I don't like pressing volume buttons, I like quick access to volume controls, so if I can't access it from notification centre, I will need an app to manage volume controls because I don't like using the volume buttons.

Advice needed pls well that depends if you're are on a budget or not, if you want a Phone with better Camera Quality then go for Tecno Spark 20 because it can record 2K (1440p Resolution), but since the both phones share the same Capacity and Chipset, i think it's better to go for Redmi 13C because its good budget phone and likely this phone will get 3-4 years of security updates, in fact redmi 13c also have NFC

This phone is really good for it's price, considering the good quality.
I bought mine not too long ago and am really impressed with its performance.
I even got an update notification the very next day i bought it and i got it updated to Android 14 version immediately and it was also automatically updated to run on the new Xiaomi Hyper OS.
The security update is up to date.
Am really enjoying this phone and highly recommend it to anyone contemplating buying it.

But it's missing a few features like dual sim, corning gorilla glass, 450-600nits, and virtual proximity sensing which is present in Redmi 13C. Other than that, both are the same.
