Ma... morebefore commenting u should understand this mobile cost just 6k. and people will definitely satisfied with what they are paying... xiaomi is not like a samsung. don't you read news about alpha a5 ??? giving mid range specs with 1gb ram and snapdragon 400 processor but price is around 552$ which is approximately equal to 33thousand.. do u call this reall market strategy???

I got this phone on 27th through flipkart sale. Initially it was heating too much, but after the latest update 45.0, it's working fine. Since I knew there were some problems, the first thing i did was update to latest update. It's been two days, and I think, it's a good bargain. Considering the 6K price, I think it's a good phone. Camera is good enough, battery lasts one day for normal use, wifi is good, it has cool features, like automatic call recording, sms blockers, call blockers, etc. MIUI is good. I have installed a lot of apps, still the phone is working fine. I'm not into gaming, but i use internet a lot, youtube videos run smoothly without any lag, internet access is good both on wifi and 3g. Camera quality is good. I think it's a good deal at 6K.

Anyone have answer about its Handsfree(Headdset), Most of handfree doesnt support the device, music is also coming out frm the device while i insert handsfree pin!

Hello All,
I have started using Redmi1S from 25Oct. It looks good.
There will be pros and cons in every phone. But for it is good one. Also, noticed that when we browse and talk more than 30 mins phone get heated up.

I see that there are many guys with lots of problems... May be a 6000 phone, but what's the use if it has issues? It'll be a headache! You don't have service centers to help you out! Would the Shettys have known the phone if it was sold in open market without the marketing gimmick? No no! Just because something is given at a throwaway price it doesn't make sense to run after it! Then the normally priced other phones would be unattractive to the Shettys!

I Bought Redmi 1s 2 weeks back..sometimes music player is opend without selection and unable to close so need to restart .Please let me know howto overcome this problem.
