is video calling is supporting in redmi 1s?
ans: no because in my line app i used video cal option but display ur device not supported for video calling.please tell me how i rectify this problem?

Redmi 1s overall its a good phone
Only one problem you can't move apps to sd card its a big drawback
Heating issue.....no more from last update(I expect redmi will get apps moving option to sd card after kitkat updation)any one wants to buy this phone go for it

To all who worries about Indian airforce comment..just install a custom rom in this device..everything is just wonderful I'm using cm11 kitkat 4.4.4..

Even Android one devices feels the slow selling due to this low cost value for money device. Read in an article on times of India today

My opinion after a month and half experience with this product. I really admire moto g more than any other phone within 20k budget but Last month Sept 5 while browsing I came to know about redmi and xiaomi for the time. Mi3 was in budget but out of stock. Redmi wasn't available either and so read about flash sales and found that it is hard to get one. So registered for it and luckily got one that week itself. Initial impressions are good. As it's my first Android phone (using symbian Nokia c5 for four years) really enjoyed it.

Heat on browsing (reduced with opera mini used for data saving)
Battery draining with consecutive use of Internet
Nowadays with less Internet usage due to low data balance battery last for day. I find opera mini with image off option heat emission is significantly reduced anybody cope with this point. Recently I got my friend's moto g for hands on and find except the build quality and kitkat 4.4 I find my redmi trumps it in all aspects(this is my opinion no offence to moto g users ) eventhough I admired moto g previously now I am very pleased with my decision to buy redmi for half the price.

I am reading all previous comments on redmi and found names like sunil shetty, selva seelan and few others are used by trolls because these names show contradictory comments about redmi. If you need to say something just use your name or nickname else it'll be confusing for the new readers to conclude. Love or hate is subjective just post comments genuinely and people will decide themselves.
