With this aggressive pricing Samsung et al. must be shaking in their boots now.
Still, recommended doing some reading up beforehand and check out all negative comments on facebook and forums.
User experience far from flawless.
ROM is heavy and still rather buggy...

Did anyone check the SAR value of this phone? its quite shocking!!!! 1210 W/KG ......really???? please check out the specs on Flipkart...I don't know if it's True or a Typo...but if its true...guys then its not a phone..its demon!!!! :(
I want to buy this phone tomorrow but just saw this!!! can anyone reply please?

CONS: In INR 6000 almost no..... 1. Availability 2. Aftersale service 3. No tv out ( in INR 6000 a day-dream) 4. No headset provided (samsung headset supportable...N.B.-Sound guality very good with high bass)...Provided charger does not support in INDIA 5. Some rumoured network searching problem those who abuses REDMI 1S ,log in lately on 2 Sep flipkart sale!

Reviews on Redmi 1s(after google research) : Redmi (redmi 1s is better) & Mi3 placed 7th & 10th respectively (in respect of sale Feb'2014) with only (no other 'CHHATRA') Samsung (my favourite) & Apple occupying other 8 places...think again! PROS: 1. Solid build quality 2. Snapdragon 400 + Adreno 305...a mini Jumbo Jet (3d game,heavy games like assfault 8 with minor lag) 3. 1080p video playable smoothly (not 1080p v with 40 mbps) 4. 8mp Prim.cam is shockingly good (even better than 13mp mi3 cam & other 8mp branded Compn cam.) for both still pic & v. rec....N.B. Low light capturing really good 5. Hd 4.7 inch 321 ppi screen with Dragontrail glass 2(no scrach fr coins &scissors..source NDTV) in only INR 6000!
