I resolved this issue. Please follow below steps:
1. You have two sim slot first one is GSM/WCDMA and Second slot is GSM only.
2. For Second slot sim : Go to Mobile Network ---> Choose Internet ----> Now Set Internet to Second sim slot ----> Go to Second Sim Mobile Network ----> Now For This Sim 3 G Prefer ---> Change it to 2G .
3. Then again go to Internet---> Select Net to Sim One ----> Then Go to Network For Sim One again---> This time you successfully change the 2G to 3G..
4. Over.
If u have still prob then please let me know.
