Don't bet more on Redmi 1s. It has reached the end of its life cycle. Time to move to a new phone with 4g Volte capabilities. Xiaomi has many budget phone offering which are Volte capable.

It is only capable of 3g. Nothing related to 4g will work.
Jio sim will work as normal sim, but you will never be able to take advantage of its 4g capabilities.

Redmi1s is 3g phone and not 4g. NO 4g Sim will work with it as it is not capable of 4g.
