I purchased redmi 2 on 11 may 2015 all is going good but before few day it shows miui update. & the update is about 542mb. I update it by WiFi but the problem rise it in battery. the battery is not charging while charging. n it take a lot lot lot of time fr charging . before update it charges fastly n give decent battery backup but now hardly when it is 100 percent charge it downs tooooooooooo fasst .
so pls frnds help me. I already format but the problem is still there.

Guys, I received my Redmi 2 Grey color today and what i can say is this phone is amazing. Please don't compare it with high end phones. This is a budget device and meant for that. Few things i want to share which might help other users:
1. This phone has "Notification LED" below home button. Lot of reviews people say it don't have.
2. Sound clarity is good.
3. No heating issues unless you play extensive games.
4. For Memory Card issues, please purchase Class 4 or 10.
5. Screen size is good and does not look smaller.
6. Lags sometimes, but that is also the case with high end phones.
If you have budget constrain, then you can go for this phone. I am using this as my secondary phone next to iPhone.

I purchased redmi 2s five weeks back.first 3 weeks it is working good,threafter it shows one big problem.Here the problem is with memory card it is working not properly in the sense low battery,and heating problems even mobile is not using.Bythe time battery usage of media server takes morethan 45% and media takes above 35% .without memory card it is working good.I am trying to turn off this media server forcebly ,but the option is not working.I really don't understand what is the remidy for this.could u please post any solution u have regarding this.

i have purchased mob and used.i m very glad with inform you its performance wise better and very easy to usable for customer.
Redmi has fulfill the customer expectation.

if u want to play a game asphalt 8 airbourne its good in iphone only or else in other phones if u intstalled it the phone gets hanged and gets heat also
