My camera is not working.. i have given it for repairing in shop but still it is not working.this problem occurs from last 5 to 6 month..plz suggest me..what should i do...i have also resets my phone.. but nothing is happened...whenever i open the camera it will shows an window like "still can't connect to camera.please restart your device" but nothing happened.. plz give me the solution.. this problem occur after updating my system..

Not able to see phone contacts. Only it showing google & mi contacts. I am not able to find the contacts in phone memory

I bought my redmi2 last year and it had touch pad problem since then I have drop it hope for the pad to come to Lagos, Nigeria. kindly help. screen and touch pad.

most of the phone has some battery issue....all my 4 of friends had to change the battery after 10/12 month

Using this phone more than 2 years.
Excellent mobile for the price.
Very very happy to still keep it.
Very good camera, Music, Display, Touch.
And LTE is more than what I expected.
And I recommend to root it and install Resurrection Remix rom.
Very beautiful, fast rom.
Android 7 based.
You can get max out of your redmi 2s.

For the first time I put the Jio Sim in slot 1 and mtnl sim in slot 2. Both worked for a day and after the 2nd day i had rebooted my phone. After this the mtnl sim is not getting detected. Again tried putting the mtnl sim in slot 1but it is working. When i put only the mtnl sim in slot 2 the sim is not detected. What shud i do pls help. Urgent pls.

the phone heats up a lot after Mobile data is switched ON when I use the Jio SIM 4G.
Can anyone suggest a better phone which doesnt heat up while using mobile data?

As my phone display got stuck I had given phone to service center after that I open internet always ask for activation code which i forget so everytime i need to hard reboot the phone ..plz provide me best alternative so that i can use phone smoothely

Good phone,though it can upgrade to lollipop,marshmellow,naugat & its very awesome to have this phone
