I have purchase this phone at Rs 6999 on Jun 15 and now its display gone, I have take it at service centre, There I have seen three another customer with same problem with same phone.
I have asked service provider about the problem, She told we have received lot of complaints of this version.
So, my question is, can i get upgraded version against my faulty phone?

Having used both my experience is that battery lasts about 10% longer in prime

after using 5 months..i come to conclusion that Redmi 2 is a good multimedia device but sorry to say that it is not a good telephone. Why....
1. Earpiece sound during call is not loud and not clear.
2. You have to keep microphone as near as possible otherwise other person will not be able to listen your voice.
3. There is network problem...slight variation in signal...changes the network mode to 2G and you have to move to strong signal area to get back to 3G or 4G.
Rest is your choice whether you want multimedia device or a good telephone.

Plz guys don't buy this phone, go for other phone, i buy it @6999 after three month it stop working, its now totally death, save your money go 4 other phn!!!
