Bad customer services. only two service centers (one in sakarpur, vikas marg and other at Janakpuri) to cater to the whole of Delhi --that too are outsourced. always remains crowded. About the Redmi 2 ----only a good looking Chinese goods !!! (though camera is no doubt very good)

Excelent handset to use in this price... I am using this from last 5 months.. Never got hanged and video quality is very good.. Its nice to play game here too... Camera is fantastic too... I am loving to use Xiaomi Redmi 2...

MX Player is the culprit, It in not showing in battery usage and it is working well with other brands but, it is the only reason for redmi2's quick battery discharge.

I bought redmi2 before 4 days from snapdeal. . . I got one problem. . . Its heating and battry becomes vry low early. . . Battry problem is making me 2 retrn this mob. . . What should i do for solution of battary problem. ' ? ? ? ? ? ?

I have recently setup 4 of these phones for my friends and family and haven't had any problems at all. I do concede that the UI is substantially different from other popular brands. Takes a bit of learning and experimenting.

i frds yaster day i will buy a new redmi to its awosom display and camera and batary but i will sreen lock usen then he con't active svrren then he will atomaticaly reboot ..that is not one time that is roteen...wt we can do??

Although i was very happy when i frst brought it .. But unfortunately after 1.5 months .. Its display got worst .. It displayed vertical pink lines in d background by its self .. Apart from all this its display quality also got so worst .. Lyk imagine if u r watching a movie in 1080p nd suddenly it turned to 360p -_-' .. I hope to imagined what i mean
