redmi 2 is one of the worst product of xiaomi. it has so many problems from 1st month such as touch not work properly. handset became very heat too early. battery nd function r sooo bad. i think xiaomi is for only market place filling.

I am facing lots of problem in my set. I used the phone for 2 months only but then automatically it stopped working phone got blank out and now nothing is coming on scree. for 1 month I am trying to reach srvice centre nd no one is responding me, Xiomi has quite worst service and after sales care. Xiomi is not solving out my problem just hanging up the matter. My opinion is Xiomi is just fooling consumers to sell their product and after that no one is there for service.

Hi Friends, i purchased july 29th, so i using this mobile after 10 days,
Display, Battery, Touch effect awesome, but performance wise is bad,
and my phone is after normal using get more heated device,
15 minutes using internet much more heated my phone.
My small request Please dont buy this phone

It is a light fone, even it has tons of settings and features, including restricting internet data usage per day or month, and correct all improper things (built-in feature). It has special backup by Mi-backup, just do the first setting and forget it.. voila all the contacts, notes, bookmarks, and multimedia will be back-up (similar to BB protect). You will need days to explore the setting, but it is for one time only. Sounds and camera results are very good. No problem so far, very good fone at lower price. Worth to buy!

Yes, the battery is removable. But in addition, even it looks possible to insert the SIM card and SD card, actually it does not! You should pull out the battery before inserting them.
