hallo sis / gan .. I want to ask .. Xiaomi redmi 2 prime with xioami redmi 2 pro nicer redmi which if to be used all day ?? continue to issue OS in the prime xioami redmi 2 - > Android OS , v4.4.4 ( KitKat ) , upgradable to v5.1.1 ( Lollipop ) < - only in part of it or all of its existing ?? continue if for 4G signal , which is better between the two prime redmi with redmi 2 pro .. because of explanation there , I do not understand of the existing explanations .. please briefed .. thanks..

I posted this comment on the Redmi 2 Pro, but since they're pretty much the exact same phone I thought I'd share this here as well: Since the latest update to Lollipop (7.5.2.0) I've noticed a decrease in gaming performance. Specifically in Pokemon Go. It's quite noticeable, but not game-breaking. If you plan on doing any serious gaming on this phone do NOT update to 7.5.2.0

Redmi2 is the best phone in its range. I bought this phone 2months ago never had any problem and was performing good but after the recent update of lollipop it sucks bad.
1. Battery drains so fast.
2. Heating issues.
3. hangs a lot.
I hope mi will solve this issue very soon.

Can somebody help???
I'm unable to open rear camera!!! front camera is fine but as soon I open rear camera- camera app goes black for 2-3 sec and then "unable to connect" appears.
Is it hardware issue??

Thanks all for giving me this answer that I should go for Lenovo vibe k5 plus but in some blogs I saw that xiaomi Redmi 2 prime is having better performance, no heating, good camera & company wise Lenovo is not good. Is it true? please suggest.

Dear mi,
I M a big fan of yours. I have been using this mobile since last November. Till yesterday I didn't find any problem in it. But after upgrading to lollipop + miui 7.5.2.0 it disappointed me badly. Now, I got many issues in it. As like as.......
1. It lags little bit which never B4 (B4 0 shutter lagged).
2. Want to hang sometimes.
3. Auto Brightness problem.
4. Weather reports (don't hv sunrise n sunset features like b4).
5. Consuming more batteries during Video playback.
And many more problems creating now a days.......
I know Mi is the best mobile. I can bet no other mobile can defeat Mi in its price range. Great features n camera quality in such a cheap rate.
So, plz plz dear Mi developers fix it as soon as possible.........

i also using redmi 2 last one year, after updating with (lolipop version) the phone performance
very low. and costumer care is no response.
so don't go to purchase this (Xiaomi Redmi 2)

Did any one tried to 'wipe cache' in recovery mode after updating. This will solve most of the issues.

After update it in lollipop ...battery charging becomes too slow ...phone also starts hanging ...I reset my phone also but problem occurs again ....chiness phones sucks ....plz help .but battery drainage is normal help me
