this phone is quite good for normal usage, a little lagging when u open too many apps at once. Gaming experience is also good. The only disadvantage is that the system will automatically close some background apps like whatsapp and it wont receive any notification or the notification will delay until u reopen the apps. I believe that the software update will solve this problem. Despite from this problem, it is a good phone for daily use

I am using this handset last 10 month i hv not any issue with this handset, but its hv sd card data holf deleted and display new window as gallry to read your file

It is not even 6 months since I bought Xiaomi Redmi 2 prime and the camera app is not working at all and I get the message "Camera error. Can't connect to camera" I am very disappointed at the quality of the phone

Help me guys My redmi 2 Prime is having fault when I use my phone for 1-2 minutes the display of the phone automatically changes to purple color and when I lock and unlock my phone it becomes normal. Now what should I do ?

I'm using this phone for two months now it was superb but now I have a problem with the rear camera it always show camera error wherever I tried to open the camera.it really concern me because I cannot take photo and video,,any expert can help me to fix this???

you can update your mobile miuiv7.2.1.0 then the device gets lollipop automatically

I have never seen any smartphone like it in this price. All the functions in this smartphone are awsome but the only problem is its yellow flashlight which turn images yellowish shooted in dark please give me advice to solve this problem and mail at hs0953644@gmail.com

Awesome mobile.... I really like it.
Have good features and good in performance .....
But lollipop official version is not available....
some websites provide it's rom files to flash...
but the company didn't provide it's lollipop or marshmallow updates.
hope it will happen soon....
