Horrible customer service/after sales service
I have a readmi pime 2 phone. The rear camera stopped working within the first week.
After a couple of months I had a small crack on the display screen and the microphone was not working.
As per the service center I need to first change the screen for which i will be charged and only then will they check for the problem with the microphone.
The call center said that there was no need for change in the screen.
They make you go back and forth but do not resolve your problem especially if you are within the warranty period. Please do not buy the phone.

Aksh, 06 May 2016Try to play mkv file in vlc player.Without play of Any video please Change the Extension .mkv file extension to .mp4
Phone will be normal. After that you can play this video.
Phone would not heat.
