i have purchased this phone and when i use it to record video and audio, faulty sound gets recorded. i have this problem since i have purchased it. Is anybody else facing this problem?

Hi,
Redmi 2 prime is a good phone but if anybody is facing battery issue it is due to heating of phone. If the phone heats too much its battery gets drained quickly.
And , as far as I know, I too faced heating with this phone while travelling on a sunny day and battery drained too quickly.
