Best way is to open Google Play Store in device and search and install Whatsapp from it...
To others: I'm not facing any mic issue at all.
Battery runs around 1 day complete on my usage, of more media and some internet too.
2G 3G is running perfectly ok. 4G not tested.

I'm using Redmi 2 Prime and I'm finding it good enough for my needs.
I'm using it with a 64 GB memory card, and original Mi Piston earphones II and III both, and I'm having a great music experience, I must say.
Any questions are welcome...

Frnd osm phone h camera is good battery is good sound quality is excellent i didn't face any prblm dnt see bad cmnts

As per my opinion it is really an awesome device...im an software engineer myself...i have tested this phone in many ways and it is very much better device. At this price i will recommend you to buy this one....update ur device to miui 7.0.5 version and c the gui as well as the performance...

Anonymous, 10 Nov 2015Y 2G net speedBecause I returned the product due to 2g internetspeedd problems .it never goes above 2kbps in the phone that I got.(it may be the complaint of the specific one that I have got,)that is why I recommend you to check 2g internet speed.thanks

Halo friends I brought redmi 2 prime one month ago, it's really very good mobile, someone says that mic problem in this mobile, but am not facing this issue, but one problem is their in this device that no option is to move aps to SD card, but I found one easy way to move aps to SD card. It's simple but we must have to install "share it" app, with the help of "share it" I can move many apps to SD card
