Worst phone ever i had..., from the first day it's showing the network error but MI denied to replace...even people from service center agreed with me that there is some hardware problem and took my phone for 2 weeks and then they told me that it will take 1 month to your phone get repaired...finally i made a complaint against MI and also posted my story in social media...then after that they decided to refund my full money...nd i realised my mistake to trust on a CHINA company and ordered moto x play.

How will it drain? It is best phone, no issues at all... Those who post issues are liars who are trolls. What if it heats? Use it to iron your clothes and keep yourself warm. After all it is winter. Did you flash custom ROM, use cyanogenmod and miui to root the phone. Miui is in Chinese and Kannada guys may not know it , so use Hong Kong ROM in English. Wat are you talking about! If it does not help buy extra batteries from mi.com. practice hypnosis because if it drains you'll not notice it.

phone is good, only problem is this that it gets heat very soon after using 15 to 20 minutes temperature goes to 45 to 47 , even one can't talk over the phone after heating up, it will burn the ear, yet the performance of this mobile is better than better

I having Redmi 2 & Redmi 2 Prime there is a big difference between the camera.Redmi 2 Prime camera is poor to it's predecessor Redmi 2.But overall its a very good package you can buy it.And it will get M update.

camera is very bad..give very low quality..tottaly disspointing as we compare with redmi 1s the camera is superb with low budgt..n prime is just a waste of money for picture lovers

can anybody tell me that brand warranty and manufacturer warranty are same ,coz I'm going to buy redmi 2 prime from snapdeal and they are giving brand warranty so what does it mean, am getting manufacturer warranty or from some 3rd party plz help .....

alfi, 23 Oct 2015For the first week its good but now the charge is draining ... moreupdate your phone first by ur pc or lapto then do a factory reset...i think ur problem will be solve...and some apps take huge ammount of data charge n battery...be sure that u have not such kind of apps...

i fully recommend this phone i have been using this phone past 8 month redmi2 prime . fast ,hd quality , excellent camera , fast processor etc . battery is removable. its been good experience in low price . thanks

So many problems!!!
1. Headphone not working
2. Headphone mic not working
3. When connected to PC, images are not opening!
4. Tried to install SMART-CHECK (As requested by customer care) .. installation
was not happening smoothly when it was with other smart phone.
5.After installation software not working!
5. Customer service center is not everywhere.
I request you not to buy it.
